Shipping policy

Each order is prepared and packaged just for you. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been processed. Please keep in mind that carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside of my control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If you still need help, please contact me and I’ll do my best to assist you.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the area. Select Local Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges. You will receive a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving. Orders are typically ready within 3–5 business days.
